Smullen lacks moral character to serve

first_imgRe May 15 article about Robert Smullen’s “dual” residency: If neither county where he claims to live will not charge him with fraud, then his only regret must be that he got caught double-dipping. An ex-Marine of good standing would not have even considered deceiving the government that he swore to protect. This isn’t a man of moral character who should be allowed to represent people in the 118th Assembly. Any endorsement of his candidacy should be rescinded. He’s just more “swamp material” that government does not need.Linda FeuzEsperanceMore from The Daily Gazette:EDITORIAL: Urgent: Today is the last day to complete the censusEDITORIAL: Find a way to get family members into nursing homesFoss: Should main downtown branch of the Schenectady County Public Library reopen?Schenectady County warns of possible COVID-19 exposure at Schenectady restaurant, Rotterdam barEDITORIAL: Beware of voter intimidation Categories: Letters to the Editor, Opinionlast_img
